So much has been going on , I started a new job ,which I am loving , and I just finished up the Sewing 4 Haiti project that turned out better than I could have ever imagined . I will be posting about that soon but for now I wanted to talk about this gorgeous jumpsuit that I just finished !!
First things first ! the pattern that I used for this super cute jumpsuit was Simplicity 8214

I purchased this pattern and fabric from a Joann\’s while on a soccer trip with my son . The pattern was out at my local Joanns so I was so excited to find it while I was out of town .
The fabric was a Taupe Linen fabric with a gorgeous drape . I loved the color the moment I saw it but I was a little apprehensive about how it would look with my skin tone . I think it turned out OK !
I fell in love with this pattern when I saw MIMI G\’s version on Instagram !
I loved it and knew I had to make my own version of this super cute and comfy jumpsuit .
The pattern was a breeze to follow . I decided to add my own little twist by adding split sleeves .
I loved how the sleeves turned out .
I decided to line them with with a creme color lining to give it a nice contrast .
I also added 3 \” inches to the legs so that they fell over my heels !
My favorite part of the jumpsuit is the attached neck tie .
It gave me the option to wear it as a bow or a bow-tie !
I\’m so glad I made this jumpsuit , its right up my alley Cute and Comfy .
This jumpsuit is perfect for the office !
Thanks for stopping by ! Until Next Time ! XOXOXO
