So by now, you should be able to tell that I am a jumpsuit queen !! I mean the ease of an all in one outfit is what I love, so when Mimi released this pattern I HAD to get it!
The pattern gives you two options: Wide Leg and Fitted Leg.
I chose the Wide Leg option this time but I do plan on also sewing the fitted leg option.
The pattern comes with a home printer friendly version and a \”PRINT SHOP\” version.
I printed the home printer version and assembled the pattern per the instructions.
The pattern was SUPER easy to put together and the instructions were very clear and concise.
For my fabric, I chose a Gorgeous Floral Scuba Knit that I had just purchased from Joann\’s.
The fabric is super soft and has a beautiful drape!
I cut a size 8 but I ended up grading the pants down to a 6
I love this pattern!
It took one day putting it together so it\’s definitely good for a beginner seamstress. It also comes with a tutorial video for those that need visuals when sewing! Video Tutorial
For mine, I wanted to add a little flare so I added these bell sleeves to complement the jumpsuit!
I love how it all turned out!
I\’ll definitely be sewing up more of these and playing with the sleeves to get different looks. I even considered moving the pockets to the hips! I\’ll be playing with a few of these options in the future!
